Sales manager  or publisher: Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service, oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs, plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs, determine price schedules and discount rates, and review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability, review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement, direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products, direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services, prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties, monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits.

Journalist: Receive assignments or evaluate leads or tips to develop story ideas, research a story’s background information to provide complete and accurate information, arrange interviews with people who can provide information about a story, establish and maintain relationships with individuals who are credible sources of information, and report news stories for publication or broadcast, describing the background and details of events.

•Senior sales: Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service, oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs, plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs, determine price schedules and discount rates, and review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.

•Territory sales: Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts, explain to customers how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible, provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services & locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising services.

Subscription sales: Deliver merchandise and collect payment, write and record orders for merchandise or enter orders into computers, explain products or services and prices and demonstrate use of products, and contact customers to persuade them to purchase merchandise or services.

 

Tijuana, México

•Senior telesales (U.S., Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia/Pacific): Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support, sell products requiring extensive technical expertise and support for installation and use and computer systems, plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs, confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements, and prepare and deliver web/phone presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.

•Sales manager: Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service, oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs, plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs, determine price schedules and discount rates, and review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.

•Junior telesales: Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service, explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers, explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers, obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers, and record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.

Customer service representative: Ability to speak fluent English (written and spoken 90% minimum). Job Duties include; Answer incoming calls, provide general customer service, assist with day to day office process, data entry, assist legal department.

•Design tech: Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator &  In-Design, create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts, determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type, confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design, develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Web sites, review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
